My Musical Roots
I grew up around a family of musicians and was exposed to a wide variety of musical genres. My musical journey began in the Church at a very young age. In return, it opened the doors to a unique understanding of instrumentation and fundamental skill. Having "Pastor Parents", my Mother would janitor our church. I would spend hours and hours going from instrument to instrument trying to pick out each part. Beginning with percussions and quickly moving on to brass, piano and strings. Having this experience is shown in my solo act with "Looping". Being able to define certain musical parts of the song while recording it Live, creates that individual experience to each song. Being a Loop Artist is allowing me to compose my own Original Music, while adding a personal flair to other Popular (cover) Music.
My Creative Process
My music is a reflection of my life experiences and emotions. I am constantly experimenting with different chord progressions and melodies. While methodically applying theory, I enjoy letting my intuition guide me when it comes to songwriting.
But, when it comes to stage performances;
I live for the Live moment!!
